Meditation Series - Light to Live By

 
Using the guided meditations developed by Rex Ambler, an English Quaker, our meditation time will consist of six periods of guided suggestions, with each one followed by 5 or 6 minutes of silence.  The meditation part of the evening will take 35 to 40 minutes.  There will be time after the meditation for people to share if they wish. This offers an opportunity for new awareness and an opening to our own evolving consciousness.
