The Personnel Committee meets on a regular basis to address the personnel issues and challenges that arise during the year. The Personnel Committee maintains a commitment to fairness, clarity and standardization regarding policies and procedures. We work on efforts of new hires (if needed), and also work with the Committee on Ministry to choose suitable part-time ministers as needed.
