Adult R/E - "An Enjoyable Dive into Who and What We Are" - on Hiatus until 01-07-18
The Meditation Class for the 3rd Sunday in December (12/17) has been cancelled. Bill Blake, who has authored a book on the subject, facilitates the classes. The class meets in the courtyard at 9:20am. The group will re-convene on the 1st Sunday in January (1/7) and will return to the 1st and 3rd Sunday mornings every month.
Come and establish the healthy skill of meditation with us and make meditation a part of your life. Meditation has been shown to reduce stress, slow aging and increase happiness. And establishing this habit with Bill is easy and fun.
Bill Blake & Dave Watson will present an enjoyable dive into the who and what we are. This on-going, twice a month class is presented to help participants master specific meditation skills. We endeavor to answer the questions Who am I? (attitudes and beliefs) and What am I? (essence or true nature). This class will include meditations that explore participants' spiritual goals. The monthly group meetings will also focus on insights gained throughout the month. It is expected that participants have a regular meditation practice.
