Assist Steve De Paul at 11am setting up speakers for overflow in Forbes. Set up the TV connection for overflow.
Beverly Alison will arrive at 11am to decorate tables: have tables set up by 11am.

St up three food tables against the wall, under the art wall. That way there will be no intereference with seeing the service for those unable to get into the sanctuary. Beverly will decorate the tables for presentation of the food.
Clean up and lock after the service.
