Screening "Two Americas"

The ACLU Southern California Westside Chapter and the UUCCSM Peace and Social Justice Committee invite you to a free screening of the film "Two Americas" followed by a  Q & A discussion with our special guest, film director JOHN HENION.

TWO AMERICAS, from Emmy-winning Current TV’s investigative Vanguard series, profiles a month in the lives of two families in very different income brackets, showing the growing economic disparity in America.
 
John Henion was awarded the Livingston Award for Young Journalists – the largest all-media, general-reporting prizes in the country and nominated for Genesis Award for the investigation into the illegal Tiger Trade in China.
 
Admission is free. Voluntary donations will be collected for:

The UU Community Church of Santa Monica
 
The movie will be shown in Forbes Hall at Unitarian Universalist Community Church of Santa Monica, 1260 18th St, Santa Monica 90404 (corner of 18th and Arizona).  Parking in structure on 16th Street south of Arizona Ave. (look for signs)
