Parenting can be a challenging experience for all of us. It requires us to be patient, empathetic, and resilient, especially when conflicts arise. Join us in a discussion about these challenges in a safe and supportive space. We will share tools and strategies for dealing with the inevitable conflicts that arise in parenting. The group will be carefully facilitated and guided by a highly experienced clinical social worker who, herself, has dealt with many of these challenges. Resa has been a psychotherapist with Kaiser Permanente for 40 years. This group will meet from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.
