Change and Acceptance from the Buddhist Perspective

Rev. Bajara is from the International Buddhist Meditation Center of Los Angeles.

Change and Resiliency

In times of transition, how can we cultivate a sense of resiliency - the ability to bounce back from change - in ourselves, our children, and our congregation? Rev. Bijur is our candidate for settled minister. This is the second of two Sundays she will lead worship. Immediately following the 11 a.m. service, we will gather for a congregational meeting to vote on Rev. Bijur's call to ministry with our congregation. Don't miss this historic vote!

Change Matters
The one thing in life we can count on is change, and yet the one thing that is hardest to deal with is change that is imposed on us — without our consent or input. Movement is not necessarily change, and change is not necessarily progress. Find strength and support in your community as you adjust to the dynamics of change.
