Thus do we covenant with each other.

Service Notes
Today, 60% of our offering will go to Court Appointed Special Advocates of Los Angeles (CASA).
CASA of Los Angeles improves the lives of children in the dependency system by pairing them with
trained volunteer advocates. In Los Angeles County, 28,000 children who have been abused or
neglected are currently under the jurisdiction of the Dependency Court. With the help of volunteer
advocates, 6,000 of these children will receive much-needed additional advocacy and support. If you
are interested in reducing and reversing the effects of child abuse and neglect by serving as a CASA for
children in Los Angeles, please contact Rev. Bijur at minister@uusm.org.
